These are Multi Discipline events which Team Southampton Athletes have competed in. Note that these are only what I have heard of through word of mouth so if I have missed any e-mail.

Russell North in Pentathlon

Team Southampton's Russell North has just returned from a successful Youth A Modern Pentathlon World Championships in Popon, Italy

He finished 28th Overall, the highest placed GB Male. In fencing, one of his newer events, he finished 49th. In the swim, his one second personal best gave him 13th place. Next it was on for the shoot where he equalled his pb to finish 39th. In the last event, a 3K run, Russell passed 16 competitors to put in a pb of 9:09 and take second place.
