Peter Batten won his debut race in the CC6 series to lead the 8 men of Team Southampton to 2nd place and 3rd overall. Assisted by John Whittal, normally playing football on a Sunday in 4th. A resurgent John MacInnes 22nd & Nick Wright in 33rd, the first time he has scored for the club.

In her first cross country race for 2 years Laura Brenton gave an exhibition of front running to win the womens race. Leading the club to 2nd on the day and third overall.
