Summer Coaching Sessions for Beginner / Intermediate Athletes (29/04/05)

SUMMER ATHLETICS COACHING
SESSIONS 2005

A series of coaching sessions on Tuesdays and
Thursdays for 11-15 year olds with qualified athletics
coaches.

Start Date: Tuesday 26^th April - Thursday 14^th July
(You can join on any Tuesday or
Thursday, Space permitting)

Time: 6.30-7.45pm

Venue: Athletics Track, Southampton Sports
Centre, Bassett.

Meeting Point: Team Southampton Portakabin

Fee: Ł10 Registration Fee made payable to
Team Southampton at first session
Ł1.25 track user fee per session

The Coaching Sessions will cover running, jumping and throwing
events on a rota basis. There are some Sunday sessions
planned in addition to every Tuesday and Thursday. Sessions
are open to beginners through to pupils who have competed for
their schools.

Parents/Guardians must attend the first session to compete
