Sprints & Throws Challenge (28/07/04)

SPRINTS AND THROWS CHALLENGE
 Supported by Southampton City A.C.

At the Sports Centre, Bassett, Southampton. Sunday, September 5th.
First event at 2.15 p.m.

The Sprints Challenge for Men and Women; 100m; 200m; 300m.
Points will be awarded to the first six in each event with awards made to the best combined points totals acheived in the three events.

The Throws Challenge for Senior Men and Women: Shot and Discus.
Points will be awarded to the first six in each event with awards made to the best combined points acheived in the two events.

In addition there will be the following Open events:
Senior Men: 800m, 1500m, Long Jump.
Senior Women: 800m, 1500m, Long Jump.
Boys (U15): 100m, 200m, 800m.
Girls (U15): 100m, 200m, 800m.

Entries to Mike Smith, 265 Upper Deacon Road, Thornhill, Southampton, SO19 5JN. By August 31st.
Entry Fee: All events - £1.00. Entries accepted on the day if there are vacancies, fee £1.50.
