to discuss and vote on the following proposal:

"That Southampton City AC shall merge with this Club"

Note

Voting will be by Ballot Paper and is restricted to full paid up members of 15 years and over at 16 July 2004

(EGM will also incorporate the Winter Awards and Social Evening)

"Members are urged to attend this meeting which will decide on the way forward for athletics in this area.
