Team Southampton last competed in the Hampshire Road Race League back in 2004/05 but the committee, on the advise of John MacInnes, has decided the club should rejoin the league.
The decision was carried with a vote of 12-1 in favour but it was emphasised that our entry is with a view to sustained membership, rather than yo-yoing in and out of the league. The league structure comprsises 10 races, mostly 10K's with a few longer races with only the best 8 team performances counting.
John MacInnes will take responsibility for organising the teams competing each time.
