Southampton A.C. member Alison (Ali) Wilson will be offering free sports massage, advice and Kinesio sport taping at the sports centre portacabin.
More Info:
- Sports Massage provided by a qualified Sports Massage Therapist
- Kinesio sports taping (a new method of sports taping which people may have seen with athletes wearing brightly coloured tape!!)
- Bsc Sport and Exercise Science, currently studying for a Msc in Physiotherapy (working in Portsmouth at the musculoskeletal rehabilitation centre)
- Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm (starting 28/06)
- Looking to gain experience so all advice and massage provided for free, if taping is required will have to charge for the tape.
- Feel free to drop in with any aches, pains or problems and i'll do my best to help.
