Team Southampton Location & Directions

Team Southampton are based at Southampton Sports Centre. The newly re-laid synthetic, eight lane track was opened on August 17th 2000 where it played host to the Millennium Youth Games from August 17th to August 20th. The facility consists of changing rooms, floodlights and covered seating for an estimated 100 people. The track has a Steeple Chase water jump which is adjustable in both height and length to hold both men and women's races. But as men and women now use the same height this is somewhat more of a point of interest.

Junior (Under 18): £1.70
Adult: £2.40
A Book of 12 tickets is also available for the following prices:
Junior (Under 18): £17.00
Adult: £24.00

Note that the Leisure card is no longer in operation and prices rose by 15p for both juniors (10%) and adults (7%) between 2007 & 2008.

Track Charges are reviewed on an annual basis with any changes taking place on the 1^st April. (Don't start laughing at the attendant saying 'good April fool' like I did one year!)

Note that Team Southampton does not condone the deliberate avoidance of paying the track fee.
